On-wafer multi-port calibration methods

In this session, we will compare various calibration algorithms, such as SOLT, LRM and LRRM, and review how the positioning of probes impacts calibration results when using SOLT and LRRM. We will also examine actual measurement data and calibration results, showcasing how the measurement results are affected by different calibration methods. Multi-port calibration method will be also discussed.
